Your total time commitment: a kickoff session, the interviews we schedule with your team, and the final readout. We do the rest. Most executives spend eight hours across the four weeks.

What happens after the readout is your call.

Some clients take the readout and run the exit themselves. Others ask us to stay close through the first moves. Either way, the recommendation is never bent toward selling you an implementation. Your independence is our product.
